The company which produces miso Kanesha was founded in Aomori prefecture in 1875. Miso is a traditional Japanese fermented product that is made by way of soy fermentation. In process of fermentation 30% of soy protein is split into 10 kinds of amino acids which are necessary for body to prevent cancer and to slow down the age hardening processes, to prevent ulcer, to improve digestion, to split and to push the toxins out of the body. The company Kanesha has worked a new and revolutionary technology of producing granulated Pala miso by method of air free low temperature drying. This method allows to save the taste and healthy characteristics of fresh miso at most.
