Kochi - Tosa Cha

MORIKI KYUJIRO SHOUTEN

Tosa is refined  tea having rich aroma and strong flavour. It is cultivated in mountainous regions of Pacific Shikoku island, Kochi prefecture. There they have natural ideal conditions for cultivating ideal tea. The tea gardens are situated along the course of the pure mountain river on the hillsides. Abundance of water, mountainous ground that is rich in minerals, short light day (late sunrise and early sunset), fog and big and broad difference between day and night temperature - all these are the best conditions for cultivating tea bushes. Flickering love of the hereditary tea maestro MORIKI KYUJIRO to make tea and big practical experience of processing tea leafs makes natural high qualities of tea even better and creates unbeaten flavour and aroma of magnificent tea Tosa. We name this tea - "Magnificent tea".
